- « Au bleu » (poached in a broth that makes its skin blue) with boiled potatoes

- "Bouchée à la reine" light puff pastry with small pieces of veal meat in a creamy sauce and noodles
- Surlawerla (Pork liver stew in a spicy sauce), spätzle
- Alsatian-style sauerkraut (Sour cabbage stew with sausages, smoked ham and potatoes)
- Pork tenderloin with Munster cheese sauce (munster cheese from our farm)
- Ham and cheese escalope “cordon bleu” with Bargkass cheese from our farm
- Beef sirloin steak with grey pepper and mushroom sauce
- Fillet of beef with morel sauce
- Baeckaoffa (traditional alsacian dish : various meats and potato stew). To be ordered at least 24 hours in advance
