Starters

• Vegetable soup with croutons
• "Winegrower's salad" Cheese and sliced sausage salad
• "Vegetable farmer's plate" Mixed salad of raw vegetables
• Roasted goat cheese with mountain honey and wild thyme from our meadows
• Hot munster cheese turnover from our farm, green salad with caraway and hazelnuts.
• Half dozen or dozen snails Alsatian style

Dishes

• Trout from our fishpond :
  • with grilled almonds and boiled potatoes
  • « Au bleu » (poached in a broth that makes its skin blue) with boiled potatoes
  • ​​ « Flammekueche » style trout

• Our vegetarian suggestion

• "Bouchée à la reine" light puff pastry with small pieces of veal meat in a creamy sauce and noodles
• Surlawerla (Pork liver stew in a spicy sauce), spätzle
• Alsatian-style sauerkraut (Sour cabbage stew with sausages, smoked ham and potatoes)

• Pork tenderloin with Munster cheese sauce (munster cheese from our farm)
• Ham and cheese escalope “cordon bleu” with Bargkass cheese from our farm
• Beef sirloin steak with grey pepper and mushroom sauce
• Fillet of beef with morel sauce

• Baeckaoffa (traditional alsacian dish : various meats and potato stew). To be ordered at least 24 hours in advance

• Cheese platter from our farm
• Homemade Alsatian style fruit tart
• Traditional "Black Forest" chocolate cake with cherries & cream
• Meringue with ice cream and whipped cream 
• Selection of ice creams
• Sorbet with brandy
• Warm Chocolate cake with orange sorbet
